REGISTRATION will be at the Renaissance Plantation Hotel on Friday, January 8th from 10am-1pm.

OPENING CEREMONIES FOR ALL EVENT PARTICIPANTS — Students and coaches are expected to be in the Silverman Auditorium in the Epstein Center for the Arts by 3:30pm for our opening assembly.  At this time we will go over important announcements as well as award the Bonnie Eletz Student Service Award and the Jenny Cook Mentorship Award. Judges for schools will have a meeting in the Upper School’s Dining Commons - their judges’ lounge.  It’s imperative that schools get on campus ON TIME - they may start arriving at 2:45pm and need to be parked by 3:15pm so that everyone can make their way to the appropriate location.  Directions for parking can be found on the directions link — PLEASE PRINT THIS INFORMATION OUT and ONLY follow these instructions.
